‘Leave our son alone’ – Amupitan’s kinsmen tell ‘distractors’

The Ayetoro Gbede community in Ijumu Local Government Area expressed support for the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Joash Amupitan, during a solidarity rally. Over 1,000 youths took to the streets carrying placards denouncing calls for his resignation. The National President of the Ayetoro Gbede Development Association described Amupitan as a man of integrity, while the Youth Leader urged him to remain focused on his official duties.
