Mali: The government refuses dialogue with jihadists blocking Bamako

The Malian government announced its refusal to engage in dialogue with terrorist armed groups, worsening the crisis as Bamako faces an economic blockade. This decision follows a coordinated offensive by jihadists from the Group for the Support of Islam and Muslims (JNIM) and the Azawad Liberation Front (FLA). Foreign Minister Abdoulaye Diop stated that the government would not negotiate with those responsible for the tragedies experienced by the Malian population.
