Victims of the 2021-2023 Events: Maïmouna Dièye Clarifies and Details the Use of 2.3 Billion FCFA

Maïmouna Dièye, former Minister of Family, Solidarity and Social Action, issued a statement clarifying the use of 2.3 billion FCFA allocated to victims of the 2021-2023 political events.
