Buenos Aires authorities have sent US officials a list of 13,000 people delinquent on child support payments, aiming to bar them from stadiums during the 2026 World Cup. The measure relies on Argentina's Registro de Deudores Alimentarios Morosos (RDAM), already used for administrative restrictions. The Argentine team, coached by Lionel Scaloni, begins its campaign against Algeria on June 16. Debtors can regularize their status to avoid the ban.
