Don't release your PVC to anyone for money – Adeleke tells residents

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has raised alarm over an alleged plot by the opposition APC to compromise the voters' register by buying up Permanent Voters' Cards (PVCs) and extracting PIN numbers. He urged residents not to sell their cards, warning that this would disenfranchise voters in the August 15 election. Adeleke called on the electoral commission to investigate these criminal practices and cited reports of "insider collusion" in the APC's operations.

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has called for an independent panel of inquiry into the activities of the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), an alleged fake agency headed by Adeniyi Adeyemi.
