Netherlands: Marktweg in The Hague dons orange for World Cup fever

Thousands of flags, banners, and football-themed decorations cover Marktweg street in The Hague, supporting the Dutch national team Oranje. On June 9, residents and visitors admired installations featuring national team stars. The community project, organized by Danny van Dijk, took two months of volunteer work. The Netherlands begin their World Cup campaign in Group F against Japan in Dallas.
