This initiative was announced during a sensitisation seminar led by Colonel Appolonia Aniele, which brought together senior officers to discuss performance assessment mechanisms. The Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Waidi Shaibu, emphasized the importance of this initiative in strengthening discipline and improving operational outcomes.
