NiMet forecasts 3-day cloudiness, thunderstorms from Wednesday nationwide

The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) forecasts cloudy and thundery weather from Wednesday to Friday nationwide. On Wednesday, morning thunderstorms with light rains are expected over Taraba and Kebbi, and isolated thunderstorms with moderate rains over several northern states. In the North Central region, thunderstorms with moderate rains are expected over most parts in the afternoon or evening. In the south, morning rains over several coastal states and moderate rains later in the day are anticipated. NiMet also warns of a high chance of flooding in Imo, Abia, Ebonyi, Akwa Ibom, and Cross River states.
