Man pleads guilty to plotting attack on Taylor Swift concert

A 21-year-old man, identified as Beran A., pleaded guilty on Tuesday in an Austrian court for plotting an attack at a Taylor Swift concert, which resulted in the cancellation of the Vienna date of her "Eras" tour. Beran A. and another accused, Arda K., are charged with forming a "highly dangerous IS terror cell". Beran A. admitted to attempting to acquire weapons and make a bomb, although he stated he failed to create one before his arrest in August 2024.
