'We won't negotiate with bandits, terrorists' - Gov Mutfwang vows - Daily Post Nigeria

Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang vowed that his administration will never negotiate with bandits and terrorists, but will instead do everything possible to protect residents and democratic institutions. Speaking at the Democracy Day celebration in Jos, he stated that his government will only engage citizens through lawful democratic channels. Mutfwang blamed enemies of Plateau for the orchestrated insecurity aimed at keeping the state in perpetual poverty, and vowed to defeat it. He highlighted swift responses to recent crises, including security meetings, IDP camp visits, recruitment into security forces, and investment in technology.
