Over 6,000 apply for Delta 700 health sector jobs

Over 6,000 applicants have applied for 700 available positions in the Delta State government's ongoing health sector recruitment drive. Health Commissioner Dr. Joseph Onojaeme expressed concern over the low number of doctors among the applicants. To address this, the government approved a special tax-free allowance of ₦200,000 for doctors to attract and retain professionals in the state's health sector.
