Dr. SKC Ogbonnia, an aspirant for the Enugu West Senatorial District seat, has called on NDC National Leader Senator Seriake Dickson to intervene in the party's nomination process to ensure compliance with the Electoral Act 2026. Ogbonnia alleges that no valid primary or consensus has been concluded. Citing Section 84, he warns that any submission without due process could invalidate the party's candidacy. He has previously submitted petitions without response.
