NDC opens new Abuja base, targets 2027 electoral victory

The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) inaugurated its new national secretariat in Abuja’s Jabi area after an emergency meeting of its National Executive Committee. The facility will serve as the party’s administrative centre and headquarters for its 2027 presidential campaign, helping coordinate state chapters and mobilise supporters. Party leader Senator Seriake Dickson called it the NDC’s new “Noah’s Ark” and a rallying point for members and supporters. National Chairman Moses Cleopas, Senator Victor Umeh and Rivers State governorship candidate Dumo Lulu-Briggs also attended the inauguration.
