Plateau village head hospitalised after road attack in Bokkos

The Village Head of Gwande community in Bokkos LGA, Plateau State, Mr. Samuel Usman Alakate, 60, was attacked by unknown assailants on Tuesday evening along the Daffo-Hotom-Sha road. He sustained injuries and was evacuated to Cottage Hospital in Bokkos by troops of Operation Enduring Peace. Security patrols have been intensified in the area.
