Police foil kidnap, cattle rustling attempts, rescue 11 in Katsina

The Katsina State Police foiled kidnapping and cattle rustling attempts in Kankara and Malumfashi Local Government Areas. 11 kidnapped passengers were rescued unharmed, and 25 rustled cows were recovered. Security operations continue to track the fleeing bandits, while the police commissioner commended the professionalism of the operatives.
