Parliamentary Return: National Assembly Rejects Kabuya's Request, Ceremony Set for 1 PM

The National Assembly rejected MP Augustin Kabuya's request to postpone the opening ceremony of the ordinary session on Tuesday, September 15, to 6 PM to avoid confrontations with C64 protesters. The plenary will instead take place at 1 PM in the Congress Hall of the People's Palace.
