CGECI Academy 2026: Human Capital, a Pillar of African Business Competitiveness

Abidjan will host the 14th edition of CGECI Academy on October 29 and 30, 2026, focusing on human capital and its role in transforming African businesses. Discussions will address attracting and retaining talent, developing skills, and turning Africa’s demographic strength into a driver of growth. A panel on corporate culture on October 29 will include Mariatou Koné épouse Traoré, Solange Amichia, Laetitia Gadegbeku-Ouattara, and Yves-Roland Alliman, moderated by Ange Sahali-Tra Bi. Other speakers include Michel Djombo, Dominique Anglade, and Serge Ekué, who will contribute to discussions on economic development, industrialization, leadership, and private-sector financing.
