Russia detains minor over alleged Moscow attack plot after US warning

Russian authorities detained an unidentified Russian teenager suspected of plotting an attack at the Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve in southern Moscow. The FSB said the teen had posted TikTok photos wearing tactical clothing and holding what appeared to be an automatic weapon; a home search reportedly found the clothing, while the teen’s phone contained searches about terrorist attacks and mass killings and a subscription to a neo-Nazi Telegram channel. Tshisekedi said Epenge was arrested to clarify the facts, arguing that opposition status does not exempt anyone from accountability. Epenge is president of ADD Congo, a C64 official, and spokesperson for Lamuka.
