Ruto in South Africa: Refusing US request for Ebola centre is inhuman

Kenyan President William Ruto told a press conference in South Africa that his government is 'doing the right thing' by allowing the US to set up an Ebola quarantine facility at Laikipia Air Base, despite a court order and protests. Ruto called it 'inhuman' to refuse the US request. At least two people were killed near the base this week. The Ebola outbreak has infected hundreds in DRC and spread to Uganda.
