'Keep off,' Anglican Primate advises Jonathan against 2027 presidential bid

The Archbishop Metropolitan and Primate of the Church of Nigeria, Most Rev. Henry Ndukuba, advised former President Goodluck Jonathan against running in the 2027 presidential election. Ndukuba warned that a return to partisan politics could tarnish Jonathan's statesmanlike reputation, which he earned through his democratic maturity and peaceful leadership, especially after his historic concession of defeat in 2015.
