The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) reported that Standard Investment Trust Fund was Kenya’s largest collective investment scheme as of June 30, 2026, with Ksh188.62 billion in assets and a 19.88% market share. Sanlam ranked second with Ksh171.38 billion, followed by CIC with Ksh105.24 billion. Total assets managed by collective investment schemes rose 11% from March to June, from Ksh851.7 billion to Ksh948.7 billion. The CMA attributed the increase to growth in existing funds, new funds registered under umbrella schemes, and fund managers’ marketing efforts.
