Military High Court: General-Major Maurice Nyembo's Defense Challenges the Legality of His Arrest and Procedure

The defense of General-Major Maurice Nyembo Kufi challenged the legality of his arrest before the Military High Court, arguing that the powers of the National Cyber Defense Council (CNC) were not clearly established.
