SNH-Perenco-Addax: Behind Oil Prices, SNH Tightens Contractual Framework

On April 22, 2026, the National Hydrocarbons Company (SNH) brought together Perenco and Addax Petroleum in Paris to discuss the prices of Cameroonian crude oils Kolé and Lokélé. Nathalie Moudiki, an advisor at SNH, announced that standard contracts are being developed and all existing contracts will be reviewed. This approach aims to secure the interests of the parties and incorporate legal and logistical conditions into the valuation of Cameroonian crude oil.
