Soldiers foil cattle theft, save driver from lynching in Kaduna

Troops of Operation Enduring Peace foiled a cattle theft operation in Wuro Goshe village, Kaduna State, around 2:45 a.m. on Tuesday. Suspects fled upon seeing the soldiers, abandoning a vehicle carrying a stolen cow. The soldiers rescued the driver of the vehicle, who was about to be lynched by an angry mob, and took him to the Jaji Military Cantonment Medical Centre. The cow was returned to its owner, and the vehicle was taken into custody for investigation.
