Gospel Artist Paul Waiganjo Appointed as Ruto's Adviser on Development Matters

President William Ruto has appointed gospel artist Paul Waiganjo as an advisor on Development Affairs, announced by Tourism Cabinet Secretary Rebecca Miano on June 7, 2026, during a church service in Ol-Kalou, Nyandarua County. Waiganjo, who had initially eyed the Ol-Kalou parliamentary seat, joined the ruling UDA party after losing DCP primaries. He will work at State House and provide strategic advice on national development and grassroots progress.
