Tanda, Ity and Lafigué Mines: 50 Women Challenge and Share Experience in Pairs

Fifty women working at the Tanda, Ity and Lafigué mines gathered on June 16, 2026 at the Lafigué mine for a buddy day. They used the SWOT method to analyze their respective positions, whether as mechanics, electricians or welders. Touré Fatma Aziza led the technical session. One key topic was extended maternity leave up to nine months, a policy that promotes women's serene return to work.
