Efurun shooting: Nigerian Police parades dismissed officers, assures justice

The Nigerian Police provided an update on the killing of Mene Ogidi, a suspect shot by ASP Nuhu Usman in Effurun, Delta State. An investigation established that Usman's actions constituted professional misconduct and abuse of office. The case file has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for vetting and prosecution.
