Tunisia: After Hervé Renard, the future coach found in Morocco?

Tunisia, humiliated at the 2026 World Cup (only African team eliminated in group stage), is looking for a new coach after Hervé Renard's departure. The Tunisian Federation (FTF) and the Ministry of Sports favor Mouine Chaâbani, currently coach of RS Berkane in Morocco. Chaâbani led Berkane to a historic double (Moroccan league and 2025 CAF Confederation Cup) and was named Botola's best coach. He previously coached in Egypt at Al-Masry and Ceramica Cleopatra.
