Angola: at least 40 dead in floods

Torrential rains in Angola have resulted in approximately 40 deaths and at least nine missing, according to authorities. The storm caused flash floods in Luanda and Benguela, leading to the collapse of over 600 houses and flooding more than 9,500 others. More than 51,000 people have been affected by these floods, and rescuers are working to restore normalcy by pumping water and providing assistance.
