Uganda: at least four children killed in a kindergarten in Kampala

A man killed four children in a knife attack at a kindergarten in Kampala, Uganda's capital. The suspect, 39-year-old Okello Christopher Onyum, had inquired about enrollment a few days earlier and had paid the entrance fee. The children, aged two to three years, were attacked while at the Gabba Alley early childhood development center.
