Uganda: Police investigates motive behind crime at nursery on Thursday

A 39-year-old man attacked a nursery in Kampala, killing four children aged 2 to 3 with a knife. The suspect had attempted to enroll a child at the school a few days earlier and was supposed to finalize the enrollment on the day of the crime. Police arrested the assailant as angry parents tried to lynch him.
