Polish police have arrested a man suspected of participating in the murder of Russian artist Semyon Skrepetsky, a Putin critic. The suspect, using a Georgian passport, was arrested after the murder on Monday in Biala Podlaska, eastern Poland. Prime Minister Donald Tusk called the murder a probable political crime and said services are working to establish the mastermind.
