CADIH 2026: Abidjan Hosts the African Gathering for Well-being and Performance at Work

The 3rd edition of the African Convention for Integral Human Development (CADIH 2026) will take place from July 2 to 4, 2026 in Abidjan, gathering over 300 African decision-makers at Noom Hotel and Banco Forest. Under the theme 'Well-being, Leadership and Performance: Building African Organizations of Tomorrow,' it aims to rethink management models to reconcile performance and human development. Commissioner General Raphaël Tchomnou announced the creation of the African Network for Integral Human Development (RADIH), a future continental institution for certification and advocacy of workplace well-being.
