World Environment Day: Côte d'Ivoire accelerates its ecological transition

Cross River facing renewed threat of wildlife poaching, trafficking - NESREA

The National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) has raised concerns over a resurgence of wildlife poaching and trafficking in Cross River State, Nigeria. Speaking at a capacity-building workshop for judges and magistrates in Calabar, director Raymond Anunobi highlighted the increasing collaboration between international criminal syndicates and local accomplices.
