Uba Sani appoints Suleiman Sa’ad Abubakar Emir of Kagarko

Governor Uba Sani has approved the appointment of Alhaji Suleiman Sa’ad Abubakar as the new Emir of Kagarko, effective immediately. This decision follows the death of the former Emir, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar, on January 8, 2026, after six years of reign. Suleiman, the former San Turakin Kagarko, was selected after a rigorous selection process by the traditional leaders of the Kagarko Emirate Council.
