US House passes War Powers Resolution to limit Trump's ability to wage war on Iran

The US House of Representatives passed a War Powers Resolution to curb President Trump's ability to wage war against Iran without explicit congressional authorization. The vote was 215 to 208, with four Republicans joining Democrats. Separately, an attack on Kuwait's international airport killed one person and injured more than 60. Iran's foreign minister called it an act of self-defense following earlier US attacks.
