Night Arrest of a Franco-Senegalese Woman in Dakar: What Police Found in Her Bag

On the night of April 25, 2026, a 20-year-old Franco-Senegalese woman, identified as E. M. Kounta, was arrested in Cité Mixta, Dakar, by the research brigade.
