Abomey-Calavi Court: Souhaïlatou Touré Idrissou Takes Charge of the Prosecutor’s Office

Souhaïlatou Touré Idrissou officially took office as prosecutor at the Court of First Instance of Abomey-Calavi on October 16, 2026. A magistrate since 2020, she has served in the prosecutor’s office as third, second and then first deputy prosecutor. An ENAM graduate and holder of a master’s degree from the University of Nantes, she says she intends to serve with rigor and openness, including by maintaining public order in Abomey-Calavi and the surrounding municipalities.
