Hoodlums Who Killed Two Senior Officers Won’t Escape Justice, Abia Police Commissioner Says

Abia State Commissioner of Police Wilfred Afolabi vowed that those responsible for Saturday’s attack on Uratta Police Station in Aba, which killed two senior officers, would be arrested and brought to justice. The police clarified that no firearms or ammunition were taken during the attack. Spokesperson Maureen Chinaka said operational and intelligence resources would be deployed to identify and apprehend the perpetrators. The command offered condolences to the officers’ families, urged residents to stay vigilant, and said routine patrols were continuing with other security agencies.
