How security operatives foiled plot to bomb Ondo government house — Aiyedatiwa

Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa revealed that security operatives foiled a plot to bomb the Government House in Akure about three to four months ago. Suspects were arrested after lodging in a hotel and later renting an apartment where materials linked to the planned attack were found. Aiyedatiwa stated that South-West governors are strengthening security collaboration, including through Amotekun. He also welcomed the conviction of four individuals for the June 2022 terrorist attack on St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Owo.
