Congolese Prime Minister Judith Suminwa Tuluka launched work on the modernization of Kindu’s urban roads on Monday, October 26, and laid the foundation stone for a solar power plant. Kennedy blamed the Muslim Brotherhood for destroying an Arab and Muslim intellectual tradition and said his remarks had nothing to do with Islamophobia. Importers could be required to train Nigerian technicians, invest in EV charging or CNG refuelling infrastructure, and comply with safety and environmental standards. Rep. Dominic Okafor warned that Nigeria must not become a dumping ground for vehicles that are poorly suited to local needs and lack adequate technical support.
