Le président israélien gracie un soldat ayant tué un Palestinien blessé en 2016

Le président israélien Isaac Herzog a effacé le casier judiciaire d'Elor Azaria, un ancien soldat condamné pour avoir tué un Palestinien blessé à Hébron en 2016. Malgré l'opposition du chef d'état-major de l'armée, Herzog a justifié sa décision par le passage du temps et le fait qu'Azaria ait purgé sa peine. Azaria avait été filmé en train de tirer sur Abdel Fattah al-Sharif, qui était déjà à terre après avoir blessé un soldat.
