2027: APC using INEC to undermine opposition — S’West ADC alleges

The Southwest leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has accused the All Progressives Congress (APC) of using the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to weaken opposition parties, warning that Nigeria's democracy is under threat. Hon. Rahman Owokoniran, the Southwest Chairman of the ADC, stated that the process that produced the party's National Working Committee, led by former Senate President David Mark, followed due process. He also criticized the interpretation of a court order regarding the maintenance of the status quo, calling it nefarious.
