Guy Demel’s New Role After His Time on the Elephants’ Coaching Staff

After serving as an assistant to Emerse Faé on Côte d’Ivoire’s coaching staff, Guy Demel is returning to work as a sports consultant and analyst on Canal+. The former Ivorian international defender was part of the Elephants’ staff during the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, which Côte d’Ivoire won at home on February 11, 2024, at Alassane Ouattara Stadium in Ebimpé. The victory secured the national team’s third continental title.
