Kenya: demonstration to preserve Nairobi National Park

In Kenya, police used tear gas to disperse environmental activists who protested Monday in Nairobi against the construction of a parking lot inside Nairobi National Park. The activists condemn the destruction of a crucial wildlife habitat. Activist Njeri Mwangi stated that this action violates their human and civil rights.
