HELB Explains What Borrowers Should Do After Changing Their Phone Numbers

The Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) has issued guidance for borrowers who have changed their SIM cards and can no longer access the *642# USSD service. Affected borrowers are advised to share their National ID number and new phone number with HELB to update their records. This will enable them to continue using HELB's digital services to manage and track their loan information.
