High Court Suspends NTSA Smart Driving Licence and Automated Traffic Fine System

The High Court in Kerugoya has temporarily suspended the NTSA's second-generation smart driving licence and automated traffic fine system. Justice Dennis Kizito halted the 21-year PPP deal between NTSA and Pesa Print Limited after a petition by the Road Safety Association of Kenya. The association raised concerns about flawed procurement, lack of public engagement, and missing board resolutions.
