Land dispute in Ngor: Farba Ngom in the hot seat with the family of Alassane Ndoye

Deputy Farba Ngom is being sued by the heirs of the late Alassane Ndoye for illegal land occupation, complicity in destruction of property, forgery, and land fraud. His lawyers invoked his parliamentary immunity before the Dakar criminal court on July 2, 2026. The ruling on the exceptions is set for September 3, 2026. His co-defendant Ousmane Kassé was present, while Ndiaga Lo failed to appear.
