The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has urged governors in Nigeria's South-West region to immediately empower the Western Nigeria Security Network (Amotekun), O'dua Peoples Congress (OPC), and other local security outfits to tackle the alarming rate of kidnapping and violent crimes.
