After several years of stagnation, the Economic Policy Management Training Program in Cameroon, hosted at the University of Yaoundé II, is shifting towards digitalization and data training. This new strategy, presented on May 6, 2026, aims to adapt training offerings to the needs of public administrations facing data management and digital transformation. The GPE, which covers 12 countries, was established in 1999 with support from the World Bank and the African Capacity Building Foundation.
